If you like YA, I definitely recommend The Cursed Queen by Sarah Fine - that’s very much what you’re looking for. Of Fire and Stars by Audrey Coulthurst and Sara Gaines’s books have the setting, too, and just general wlw fantasy, try Ash by Malinda Lo, Otherbound by Corinne Duyvis, and Labyrinth Lost by Zoraida Cordova.
