The Basics

I run the Lesbrary, and I'm also on booktube and goodreads.

Check out the Lesbrary Goodreads Project for lists of les/bi/etc books by topic and genre

See the Master List of Lesbian & Bi Women Books Recommendations for my favourites!

Support Bi & Lesbian Lit and the Lesbrary on Patreon for monthly book giveaways, or buy us a coffee on ko-fi if you're feeling generous!

Mostly lesbian lit, always bi-, ace-, aro- and trans-inclusive.

I need lgbt books to read I am really struggling to find ones with bi female leads. Please send me so titles if you know of any.

I have some great recs for this since I’m also a bi woman.

Not Your Sidekick by @authorcblee - her parents are superheroes, but when her powers still haven’t shown up by the time she’s an older teen, she decides, what the hell, I’ll just intern for the villain instead! And then, oh gosh, the cute redhead girl from school works there too… (my review)

For Sizakele by Yvonne Fly Onakeme Etaghene - the Nigerian-American main character’s already got a girlfriend, but when she meets Sy, who’s African like she is, they bond instantly over their shared experiences in this all-Black-woman love triangle (my review; please note the TW’s)

Poison Kiss by Ana Mardoll - in this universe, fairies kidnap humans from our world to be their slaves. Two bi women escape from fairy captivity back to the human world with no memory of their old lives, so they live together in a community with other (mostly lgbt) escapees. When a man escapes that the fairies seem to want back pretty badly, they help shelter him and eventually everyone becomes a triad. (My review.)

She Whom I Love by @tessbowery - in Regency England, a lady’s maid and an actress have been friends since childhood and now they’re in love. When they find out the same man, a corsetmaker, has been courting them both, they decide to make a triad of it (my review.)

How do you feel about a pansexual lead instead? Out on Good Behavior by @lgbtqreads is cute college romance about a party girl with roses tattooed on her boobs who falls for a bookworm (my review.)

(Also, here’s a guide to my own bi characters, if you want it)
