Hmm, the one I know off the top of my head is Far From Xanadu (aka Pretend You Love Me) by Julie Anne Peters, which I remember enjoying. 

Here’s the Thing by Emily O'Beirne seems to be about that, though, and there’s an element of this in The Stepsister Scheme by Jim C. Hines.

I also found this Goodreads shelf of Gay Girl/Straight Girl, but it looks like most of these end up requited/not-so-straight.
