Anonymous: do you have any recs for good non-ya wlw fiction? i’m trying to step away from JUST reading ya but most of the lists i find seem to be very ya focused

If you’re not sure where to start, When Katie Met Cassidy by Camille Perri is a really cute romance that just released and should actually be in bookstores, Casting Lacey by Elle Spencer is my personal fave new-ish one, Cottonmouths by Kelly J. Ford is a good pick if you want something Breaking Bad-ish, and The Last Place You Look by Kristen Lepionka is a good choice if you’re into mystery series. The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid has a bi protag, and I’ve yet to hear from a single person who’s read it and hasn’t loved it, and for literary lesbian contemporary fiction, try Here Comes the Sun by Nicole Dennis-Benn and/or Under the Udala Trees by Chinelo Okparanta.
